The Department of Forestry is seeking a vendor to establish a contract for 24/7 rental and delivery of various types of heavy equipment for the Virginia Department of Forestry (DOF) to meet routine and major project needs and emergency commitments. A large percentage of work will consist of grading, excavation, backfill, rock rip-rap placement, tree removal or maintenance work at DOF's State Forest's, Nursery's and other location across the Commonwealth to include the eastern shore of the Commonwealth.
