The City of Compton Successor Agency is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) from qualified contractors to provide property maintenance and landscaping services for Successor Agency-owned properties within the City of Compton. Services include mowing, edging, trimming, weed abatement, litter and debris removal, trash container service, irrigation inspection and reporting, use of State-approved herbicides, and monitoring and cleanup of illegal dumping and encampments at the Agency-owned parcels identified in the RFP.
