Description

The U.S. Air anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Purchase Order for F-16 Inlet and Exhaust safety covers capable of meeting this solicitation’s specifications outlined in Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics (510 and 555). This is a Total Small Business Set Aside IAW RFO FAR 19.104-1.



Additionally, the Government requires direct delivery to AVIANO AIR BASE, ITALY. All quotes must adhere to this solicitation in its entirety to include attachments/amendments as applicable.



Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
