The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary for the demolition of existing tenant space (750 SF) and construction of a conference room with a new entrance to the Administration Suite on the 2nd floor of the Terminal Building. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing walls, casework, fixtures, and finishes; construction of new walls, fixtures, finishes, and modification to existing mechanical, fire suppression, electrical systems, and minor plumbing work, along with the installation of new communication pathways for owner provided equipment for the conference room and entrance to the existing Adminstration Suite in accordance with enclosed specifications and drawings.All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, construction drawings, and local code.
