This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of construction services for aRoundabout at Pleasant Valley Road and 39
th
Avenue.
The Work can be briefly summarized as construction of a roundabout including items approximately as follows:

Reconstruction of 370m of existing roadway including a roundabout.

Reconstruction of 330m of PVC watermain (150mm to 300mm diameter) and associated services.
-
Reconstruction of 200m of 200mm sanitary sewer and 185m of storm sewer (250mm to 450mm diameter) and associated services and catch basins.

Supply and installation of street lights and pedestrian activated flashers.
