The New River Valley Regional Commission (NRVRC) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist with the NRV Regional Site Advancement Strategy. The selected consultant will evaluate existing industrial site information, develop advancement roadmaps for six priority sites, and produce a regional Site Selection Investment Report to guide future site acquisition and development. This work focuses on planning and economic development strategy, not engineering or new site characterization.
