Project Description Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work:

Contractor shall remove existing grass pavers, base material and selective concrete paving. Work includes removal of the existing irrigation system and adjustment of the existing planting and irrigation system to accommodate the improvements. Contractor shall grade new fire lane road to required height and lower existing man-hole and valve covers. Contractor shall provide new concrete curb and gutters, sidewalks, ramp approaches and bench pads. Contractor shall provide new road materials including compacted subgrade soil, compacted base material, asphalt-concrete paving and sealer. Contractor shall provide two new park benches. Contractor shall provide new striping and signage.
