Request for Proposals â Refuse Collection ServicesThe Town of Strasburg, Virginia is seeking qualified contractors to provide weekly residential solid waste collection and cart maintenance services for approximately 2,800 homes and businesses. The selected contractor will deliver reliable, efficient, and cost-effective refuse collection and disposal in compliance with all applicable regulations.A non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held Monday, November 3, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams.
