Description
CCSD District Services Building - Warehouse Expansion Project
This work is necessary for the CCSD District Services Building ¿ Warehouse Expansion Project located
at the 145 Paradise Blvd, Athens, Georgia 30607.
This project will consist of civil and paving requirements which includes approximately 16,000 sf of paving,
41 parking spaces, storm water management and the HVAC system for a 7,200sf (60¿x120¿) expansion of
the existing District Services Building. The building installation is in progress
