Sonar Dome Radiographic Study on Rubber Windows

NAVSUP FLCPS intends to award a sole-source contract to Applied Technical Services for Sonar Radiographic Testing (X-ray) on an overseas U.S. Vessel in accordance with the Navy Research Laboratory’s technical data requirements. Sonar dome

inspection shall be accomplished while the ship is waterborne / pier-side. Marine Chemist services for this project shall be provided to ensure sonar dome’s atmosphere is safe for crew entry.

This is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.

If no affirmative written response is received by the deadline below, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable as a response to this notice.
