Esplanade Blvd. (Phase IA Access Rd.) Project

The work shall include the construction of approximately 834 linear feet of 4-lane urban divided roadway with raised median and turn lanes. Work also includes construction of stormwater management facility and related appurtenances, storm drainage system, cart path, sidewalk, handicap ramps, roadway striping and signage, sodding/grassing, landscape, hardscape, erosion, sedimentation and pollution control, water main, force main and gravity sanitary sewer improvements. More specific details are in the Specifications and Contract Documents.
The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, construction equipment, fuel, materials, and etc. required for the successful completion of the project. All Work shall conform to the Project Specifications and all applicable local, state and federal codes and regulations.
