Mobile App Emergency-Alerts-Safety

SIGA is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information on a mobile application to communicate directly with our employees, visitors and contractors providing a one-stop application experience that contains safety, facilities, and security features. SIGA seeks to gain an understanding of the technology available, it’s capabilities and what’s all required for implementation, development and maintenance of this app.

The Information packages received are intended to be used for research, determination of future purchasing options and requirements gathering that may lead to a competitive bid process; As identified within this document, the RFI is non-binding and is a non-competitive process.

Companies are asked to provide a general product overview of their Mobile application solution that best fit within the requirements. Proponents should provide a brief description of their experience the scope of work suggested as well as privacy and security associated with their company qualifications.

This RFI is issued with the intent to survey the industry for trends, innovations, best practices and to obtain information that provides research only, which may or may not be used in a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process in the future. The RFI process is non-binding and will seek to obtain vendor interest and capabilities.
