Description

This solicitation is issued for the Turkey Automated Tax Free Fuel Program. The Government contemplates award(s) of a Fixed Price Requirements Contract with Economic Price Adjustment resulting from this combined solicitation/synopsis. The performance period for this requirement is July 1, 2025 to July 31, 2030. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to award a contract or contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer(s) is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The Government will individually evaluate prices by multiplying the unit prices by the estimated quantities. The vendor with the lowest priced and technically acceptable total offer will be awarded the contract.





1. Diesel Fuel, (DT2) 9140-01-520-7119 - (180,000 USG)



2. Gasoline Automotive, Premium (ULG) 9130-01-527-5763 – (425,000 USG)





Vendor must possess all licenses and other capabilities to deliver fuel in Turkey. Please be sure to follow the requirements under the Solicitation by adhering to the factors under FAR 52.212-2 -- EVALUATION -- COMMERCIAL ITEMS (NOV 2021).
