Bid Synopsis: The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to prepare and submit a Bid for Class 4 Flat and/or Folded Lithographic printing for the State of Wisconsin.

The State, as represented by the Department of Administration, State Bureau of Procurement, intends to use the results of this process to award Contract(s) for the above said printing per Chapter 35.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes.

This Request for Bid (RFB) will result in a statewide mandatory Contract for the printing of flat and/or folded jobs. This includes printing on one or two sides by the sheet-fed lithographic process on coated or uncoated paper. This Bid includes normal finishing operations such as padding, folding, scoring, and drilling and excludes binding. LOTs A through H include quantities from 100 to 500,000; however, quantities over the maximum amount may be requested by the ordering Agency, as agreed upon between the Contractor and the ordering Agency.
