Building Renovation for Child Day Care

Flooring plan/blueprints required to establish:

supply 13 new 42 x 64 PVC triple pane Low E argon filled windows 4 x 4 x 1/2" angle iron support for brick wall, Commercial HRV unit install new kitchen exhaust fan, new dryer venting and hood, remove existing water lines and install new pex water lines, install new plumbing fixtures (5 water closets, 3 wall hung lavs, 1 kitchen sink and all faucets, remove and replace all current light fixtures, replace 3 double doors door actuator wiring, budget for card access system, metal siding around new double doors, strip exterior walls insulation and vapor barrier, reinsulate and vapor barrier, replace damaged gypsum ceiling and fire tape, replace wall gypsum board and mud on all exterior walls, replace ceiling grid and tiles (approx 50% tile replacement in facility), paint all drywall surfaces on daycare side of facility, 2 bathroom units each for boys and girls bathroom partitions, grab bars, tilt mirrors, coat hooks, exterior chain link fence(4 ft tall, 3 gates, 70m of fence), repair and replace roof on daycare side.
