This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note: This posting is not a Request for Bid (“RFB”) or Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
The State of Minnesota, Direct Care and Treatment (on behalf of MSOP St. Peter Pharmacy) intends to procure packaging supplies for the unit dose packaging machine through a single source purchase with Midwest Medical Systems. Exclusivity letter confirms these items are not available through any other vendor. Accordingly, DCT is posting this notice in compliance with Minnesota Statutes governing single source procurements.
