OPEN 2026 ADA Sidewalk Improvement Project

The City of Rancho Cordova Public Works Department is soliciting bids for the 2026 ADA Sidewalk Improvement Project.

The 2026 ADA Sidewalk Improvement Project include sidewalk improvements at various locations within the city. Various other items of work include concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, drainage improvements, and other incidental work to be completed. Total Construction estimate is $320,000 with an anticipated construction duration of 65 working days.

Contractors should have a strong understanding of Caltrans Standard Plans and Specifications, applicable State and Federal regulatory requirements, and County of Sacramento and City of Rancho Cordova design and development standards.

All interested parties must submit Bids in accordance with the conditions and deadlines established for this project. All bid documents, Q&A, addenda, and bid submissions will be posted and accepted online.
