* Each item will be awarded based on highest bid on that item. The bidder agrees to purchase one
or all items for which they are the high bidder regardless of the outcome of their bid (if any) on
any other item or items.
* For items 12 and 13, bidders should indicate the maximum number they are willing to purchase.
The highest bidder will be awarded up to their maximum number, and any remaining will be
sold to the next highest bidders up to their maximum number or until none remain.
* Items left blank will be considered to be no bid, or the bidder may alternatively mark them as
N/A.
* Submit bids by 11:00 AM on October 28th to the office of the City Clerk, First Floor 220 South
Market Street, Oskaloosa Iowa, 52577. All bids must be in a sealed envelope and marked "2026
Oskaloosa Equipment Bid." Electronic submissions will not be accepted.
* Bids which are not filled out completely or are missing contact information will not be
considered.
