The City of Safford (City) will receive sealed Bids for:

Wastewater Septage Receiving Station

until Thursday, September 4 ^th , 2025, at 2 PM local. Bidders are to deliver or send their Bids by the above-mentioned date and time to the City Clerk’s office: City of Safford, 717 W. Main Street, Safford, AZ 85546, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the appropriate time. All Bids must be plainly marked on the outermost packaging with “Attention: Sealed Bid #WW2503,” and shall indicate the company name and address of the Bidder and bid closing date and time. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to see that the proposal is received before the submission deadline. Any Bids received after 2:00 PM on the above stated date will not be considered and returned unopened. The City reserves its right to reject any or all Bids, or to withhold the award for any reason the City determines. The City also reserves its right to hold any or all Bids for sixty (60) days after the Bid opening date and will not allow withdrawal of Bids during those sixty (60) days.
