Zoning Code Update

The City of Beavercreek is seeking experienced and innovative firms to partner with us in shaping the next chapter of our city's growth and development. Our goal is to create a forward-thinking and sustainable framework that addresses the evolving needs of our residents, businesses, and stakeholders and protects the City from legal quandaries often found in land use regulations. This project represents a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the quality of life in our community by ensuring our planning and regulatory documents are cohesive, accessible, and aligned with our vision for the future.

We are looking for a team with a proven track record in comprehensive planning, zoning, and property maintenance, as well as a deep understanding of best practices in urban/suburban design and community engagement. Your expertise and creativity will be crucial in helping us analyze our current plans, and help craft a series of new plans that not only meet regulatory requirements but also reflects the aspirations of our community.
