2024 CDBG SOUTHERN RUSHTON MILLS REDEVELOPMENT AREA PHASE I

Installation of approximately 3,860 linear feet of 6-inch, Pressure Class 350, DIP water main and related appurtenances. Also included in the project is the abandonment of 3,207 linear feet of 6¿ A/C water main and 630 linear feet of 2-inch galvanized water main. The project will be finalized with approximately 12,012 square yards of milling and overlay of the streets within the project area. This is a Section 3 Covered Project under the HUD Act of 1968 and Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns are encouraged to apply.
