2026-2030 Community Lawn Care and Maintenance Services in Ontario and Wayne Counties

OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit, on behalf of Finger Lakes DDSOO, is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform lawn care and maintenance services for multiple sites in Ontario and Wayne counties. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, mowing of lawns, weeding, seasonal clean-up services, and trimming of hedges, bushes, and ornamental trees.

Experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. All bidders should submit at least three (3) work references that will verify that the bidder or its principals have at least two (2) years of relevant experience to complete the work as listed in Qualifications and Scope of Work. Bidder will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Lawn Care and Maintenance Services. Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest Total Cost per Season for the cluster.

Prevailing Wage will apply.
