Invitation to Bid# 14-25 Gasoline and Diesel Contract Bid Opening Date Tuesday, April 8,2025 time is posted on attached documents. These documents can also be found on the City of Valdosta website at www.valdostacity.com/Finance/Purchasing/Bid Opportunities. All instructions are provided in the actual bid documents. Please be sure to write Bid Number on the outside of sealed Envelope as directed in instructions. No electronic or faxed bids accepted. Sealed bids are due no later than April 8,2025 @ 10:00AM at the following location: City of Valdosta Purchasing Dept. 216 E. Central Ave, 2nd Floor Valdosta, Ga.31601 Bids will be opened and read aloud upon the mentioned time slot. The City of Valdosta reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or proposals or to make any other decisions deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
