This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 effective 01/17/2025. The VA Caribbean Health System is seeking to procure Durable Medical Equipment supplies/services. This will be a Base and Four (4) 12 month options.

The Government will evaluate all quotations using the Comparative Evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government. See E.4 52.212-1 Instructions to Quoters and E.6 52.212-2 Evaluation of Quotes for more information.

Any questions or concerns regarding this solicitation should be submitted no later than 02/06/2025 at 4:00 PM EST. Please submit questions in writing via e-mail to the Contracting Officer, Yolanda Glover, at yolanda.glover@va.gov.

All quotations for this solicitation shall be submitted no later than 02/19/2025 at 4:00 PM EST. Please submit all responses to the Contracting Officer, Yolanda Glover, at yolanda.glover@va.gov. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(c).
