Place of Performance:
In accordance with the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with the Rosebud Sioux Tribe as required by Tribal Resolution No. 2016-291.
The BIA, Rosebud Agency in Mission, SD has a need for solid waste disposal services for 12 months. The total estimated dollar value is $39,335.76.
The Rosebud Sioux Tribal Council passed Tribal Resolution No. 2016-291 on October 12, 2016. The Resolution requires the BIA to obtain services from the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Solid Waste Program.
No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562111. If a firm believes that the BIA should not pursue this procurement, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement by 4:00 PM CT on January 8, 2025.
