Contractor agrees to provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, travel, disposal fees, incidentals,
and equipment required to clean, prepare, and paint approximately 71,000 square feet of the
exterior walls, roof flashing, Roll-up door jambs (roll-up doors will not be painted), man doors and
jambs, steel building supports, HVAC sheet metal, conduits, rain gutters, and fascias of Caltrans
Equipment Shop 3 Buildings A and B.
