CPOR Chicago Early Learning Application

Project Description: Chicago Early Learning operates an online application platform that serves students from birth to age 5. The platform provides access to preschool at Chicago Public Schools and community-based organizations that provide prenatal services, infant/toddler programming, and preschool. This platform is the only way to enroll in preschool at Chicago Public Schools. For the past several years, our program has operated in two separate systems, where the front-end application is managed by one vendor, while the back-end selections module is managed by a different vendor. This creates many issues with data flow and disrupts the process for stakeholders. We would like to provide our families and schools with a single end-to-end system to remove as many barriers to enrollment as possible.
