The Department of Revenue (DOR) / WI Lottery is seeking bids for the Printing of the Badger 5 Desk Calendar as outlined in the attached documents.
QTY:3,250 Single Day Calendar Size: 5-1/4” x 5-3/8” Calendar Ink: CMYK with bleeds one side only (4/0). Calendar Dates: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 Paper Stock: 50# Recycled Offset. Finishing: 2 – 10.5 cm drilled holes (See Diagram) Package: Each Calendar must be wrapped individually then carton packed. Artwork: Draft Artwork is attached to this bid. Base artwork is provided by Lottery; however, the awarded vendor will need to set up each day of the calendar. NOTE: Days may not be combined into one sheet. All days must have their own sheet. Holidays or additional information i.e. "Thanksgiving" will not be included on the calendar. Calendar must include: Badger 5 Name and logo, Month, Date, Day of the Week, Year, “TODAY’S JACKPOT”, room for jackpot amount to be written in $ ,000, and Odds of the game with Lottery Logo. See Sample Artwork All paper for this bid is to have a minimum content 10% post-consumer recovered materials. If necessary, bidders must be prepared to supply a “mill certification” from the paper manufacturer confirming recycled content. If using virgin paper, bidder must fill out RECYCLED PAPER EXCEPTION section in eSupplier or form if submitting hardcopy. ** Vendor will create 2 hard copy proofs; Overnight or hand deliver 1 Proof of each project to: WI Lottery, Attn: Kim Welsch, 917 Parkwood Lane, Jefferson, WI 53549; keep 1 proof of each project with vendor so Lottery will not need to send proof approval back to vendor.
