Description:

The New York State Office of Mental Health is seeking qualified contractors to perform Mill and fill paving at the Central New York Psychiatric Center located at 9005 Old River Road, Marcy, NY 13403. The work includes milling roadways, repair underlayment, and pave in select spots throughout at CNYPC.

Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Friday, September 12th, 2025.

There is an Optional Site Visit at 10:00 AM ET on, Monday, September 15th, 2025.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Thursday September 18th, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Thursday September 25th, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET Thursday October 2nd, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
