Surface Ship Undersea Warfare (USW) Combat System Production

This notice serves to document the award announcement via SAM.gov that on 27 January 2025, Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Manassas, Virginia, was awarded a $502,188,416 cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee, fixed-rice-incentive, firm-fixed-price, and cost-only contract for Hypervisor Technology Zero (HT0) AN/SQQ-89(A)(V)(15) Surface Ship (USW) Combat System development, integration, manufacture, production, and testing. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would be bring the cumulative value of this contract to $1,033,395,002. Work will be performed in Manassas, Virginia (70%), Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania (15%), Syracuse, New York (13%), Clearwater, Florida (1%), and Owego, New York (1%) and is expected to be completed by January 2029. This contract was competitively procured with one offer received.
