Commissioning Services - Term Contract
Description:

The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS D&C) group intends to contract with up to three (3) Engineering/Architectural firm(s) to provide professional services primarily in the area of commissioning. These services will include, but are not limited to, commissioning planning, testing, reporting, and transitioning (including operational training) for both new construction and building rehabilitation. Qualified firms will possess a strong background in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability.
