Bidder must submit their bid response utilizing the following:

  1. Public Purchase at https://www.publicpurchase.com
  2. In person at City Hall, 220 W Mulberry, Sherman, TX 75090 or
  3. By courier, delivered to 220 W Mulberry, Sherman, TX 75090
  4. This specification covers sodium chloride to be used as a cleaning agent for the demineralization equipment. Sodium chloride shall be delivered in 100-lbs bags and be vacuum-granulated (crystalline) in form. Packaging and shipment shall conform to all
    applicable Federal, State and Local requirements.  Estimated annual use is 15,000 pounds.
