Sealed proposals will be received by the Paulding County Department of Finance, 240 Constitution Boulevard,
Dallas, Georgia 30132 until:
January 2, 2026 10:00 a.m.
For the project known as:

Parks and Recreation Umpire and Officials Association
Bid No. 26012-2002
Proposals will be opened and read aloud at the 2nd Floor Conference Room, 240 Constitution Boulevard, Dallas, Georgia
30132 at 10:00 a.m. EST on January 2, 2026. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. The
OWNER of the project is the Paulding County Board of Commissioners.
The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows:
The Paulding County Board of Commissioners is soliciting quotes from qualified umpires and officials'
associations to provide sports officials for Girls Softball, Youth Basketball, Adult Softball, Adult Volleyball,
Adult Basketball, Youth Baseball, and Youth Volleyball. A single award will be made to provide these
services.
Bidders shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same.
Bidding Documents are available for review and purchase by prospective Bidders at the Paulding County
Finance Department, 240 Constitution Blvd. Dallas, GA 30132, Telephone Number: 770-443-7512 or available by email
at purchase@paulding.gov.
The term of the agreement shall be for one (1) year initial period. Paulding County Recreation, with the approval of the
association, has the option to extend the term of the agreement for an additional two (2) years, reviewed on an annual
basis.
Surety and insurance companies must have an AM Best rating of A-6 or greater, be listed in the Federal Registry
of Companies holding Certificates of Authority and Acceptable Sureties on Federal Bonds, be licensed by the
Georgia Insurance Department and the Georgia Secretary of State to do business in the State of Georgia.
All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the day of the Bid opening, but OWNER may, in its
sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to that date.
Each bid must be submitted in a SEALED ENVELOPE, addressed to the OWNER. Each sealed envelope containing a Bid
must be plainly marked on the outside as, “Bid No. 26012-2002, Parks and Recreation Umpire and Officials
Association.” If bid is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the Bid must be enclosed in a separate mailing
envelope to the attention of the OWNER at the address previously given.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities and re-advertise.
