Description: The North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is seeking bids for a CDBG project in Moriah, NY. This project includes site evaluation, preparation, delivery and installation of a 4-bedroom, approximately 1600 square foot Modular or CrossMod Home that is eBuilt® certified™ [or a JIT New Energy Star Certified Modular Home], and all related services such as foundation work, utility connections, septic system replacement, and obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy. Contractors must comply with NY State and Local codes. Please email klong@northcountryruraldevelopment.org for the work scope, bid sheet, site plan, and test results. Proposals should include all items on the bid sheet, as well as a project timeline, spec sheet for proposed home, and potential floor plans. Preference for contractors with experience in frost-protected foundations and Energy Star certified manufactured homes.
