City of High Point

11-121725 Oak Hollow Pump Station Generator Addition

North Carolina General Statute (N.C.G.S.) 143-132(a) requires a minimum of three

competitive bids be received for formal construction and repair contracts. Three bids were

not received on December 17, 2025. Should fewer than the required three bids be

offered for formal projects advertised as N.C.G.S. 143-129 requires, the project may be re-

advertised.

Therefore, pursuant to N.C.G.S. formal bidding laws, sealed bid proposals endorsed

“11-121725 Oak Hollow Pump Station Generator Addition will be received by the

Purchasing Division of the City of High Point, North Carolina, located in the Municipal

Operations Center, Warehouse Building at 816 East Green Drive, High Point, NC, until

3:00 PM on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at which date and time they will be opened and

publicly read aloud. Three bids are not required at this second offering; as few as one valid
