NYS ITS RFP C000903 - RSA ID Plus
Description:

The New York State Office of Information Technology Services (hereinafter “ITS” or “State”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek proposals from responsive and responsible Offerors who are authorized resellers and can provide RSA ID Plus & Prime hybrid cloud authentication licenses that comply with FedRAMP security standards. ITS intends to engage in a three (3) year contract for the provision of the products outlined in Section 2.3.3 of this RFP. Additionally, ITS intends to purchase professional services covering the first year of the contract to include implementation services.

RSA ID Plus ensures identity security across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises configurations. RSA Authentication Manager (AM) is part of ID Plus and is the on-premises piece which NYS ITS currently owns. The Cloud Authentication Service (CAS) is an access and authentication program with a hybrid cloud architecture. CAS will enable NYS ITS to control how users access resources with centralized access and authentication policies and can accelerate user productivity with single sign-on (SSO).

RSA Prime is a highly customizable self-service and administrative portal. This will connect to both the on-premises (AM) and cloud Platforms (CAS).

RSA offer a FedRAMP authorized version of the Cloud Plus and Cloud Premier licenses. SecurID® Federal includes a separate cloud instance reserved for United States Federal Government customers and other authorized agencies.
