MISCELLANEOUS WATER AND SEWER TASKS, CITY OF ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Letters of Interest / Statements of Qualifications, (“LOI / SOQ”) proposal package for prequalification, in order for the City of Annapolis may establish a list of contractors prequalified to submit bids for construction phase services until 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 22, 2025. Proposals shall be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 ^st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401,

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, miscellaneous water and sewer tasks entailing replacement or installation of water and sewer lines, valves, manholes, services and appurtenances in residential, commercial, and/or historic City districts.
