The Township wishes to purchase traffic control signs and allied products as stated in the bid specifications.
All items must be shipped FOB destination; therefore, all prices shall include all freight &/or delivery charges.
This is an “Open End” contract. Bid prices are solicited on a per unit basis as exact quantities needed are not known. Township will purchase materials on an as-needed basis.

The vendor shall be required to make all deliveries to the location that is designated by the Township within fifteen (15) days of receiving the purchase order. The Cherry Hill Police Traffic Safety Unit or The Cherry Hill Department of Public Works must be notified 48 hours prior to delivery or shipments may be refused. Contact name(s) and telephone numbers will be provided to awarded vendor.
