Request for Proposal for Demand General Contractor work in Saskatoon

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals demand-based general contractor work for small tenant improvement work done within SaskTel’s buildings as further described below (the “Deliverables”):

Demand-based work for small tenant improvements to SaskTel’s buildings to be performed by a skilled contractor with their own labour force that includes a skilled contractor. Work under this agreement may include the following general descriptions of work:.

Office moves that involve the dismantling and assembly of office systems furnishings, as well as full height demountable walls.

Miscellaneous general tenant improvements in SaskTel buildings such as:

Light carpentry (cabinets, woodwork, baseboards, etc.),
Painting,
Ceiling tiles,
Flooring repairs, linoleum tile replacement,
Drywall Repairs, and or,
Concrete patching and repairs
Assembly and dismantling of furniture systems
Erection and dismantling of wall systems

Construction management services between your team and a variety of sub-trades.

Assisting SaskTel staff manage and maintain SaskTel’s furniture storage facility.

Participation process:
Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing tool with Ariba.

Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below. Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity.

Note: Suppliers with an active Ariba Commerce Cloud account not previously registered with SaskTel, must ensure they login using their existing Ariba account ID to register with SaskTel as the first step in the registration process.
