Palustrine Forested Mitigation Credits

This Solicitation consists of the purchase of appropriate State of Florida (State) and Hillsborough County Environmental Protection Commission (HCEPC) Mitigation Credits to offset approximately 0.5 to 1.5 units of Uniform Mitigation Assessment Method (UMAM) State and Hillsborough County freshwater forested credits for Authority projects within the Southwest Florida Water Management District’s (SWFWMD) Hillsborough River Basin and located within the physical confines of Hillsborough County.

This is an indefinite quantities Solicitation. Pricing will be provided on 1/100th of UMAM functional gain. The Authority does not guarantee any specific quantity of Mitigation Credits to be purchased. The Awarded Respondent shall be qualified and experienced to perform the work required in this Solicitation. The Authority intends to purchase State and HCEPC Mitigation Credits from the Respondent with the lowest responsive and responsible Bid (Awarded Respondent).
