Contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor and supervision required to install the additional equipment. The Contractor will install and connect the Medstation/Tower equipment to the hospital network. Contractor shall test/inspect the system after installation to ensure correct performance and provide written documentation in support of functionality and performance. Contractor’s one-year limited warranty shall begin upon customer’s acceptance of the equipment. A separate service agreement will be established for routine maintenance, part replacements, etc., following the expiration of this warranty.
