Overview
Summary

Regional Transportation District (RTD) strategic work is documented in an Excel workbook stored on OneDrive. Excel is not well suited for data entry or project management functions as that is not its primary purpose. Additionally, it’s exceptionally difficult to develop acceptable reporting or dashboards using a simple Excel workbook. Strategic work metrics are housed in multiple locations/solutions and must be manually keyed into Excel which creates an opportunity for error and omission of data.
