*****Amendment 0003 is to update proposal due time 14:00 Eastern Standard Time***Amendment 0002 is posted on 10/31/2024 updating the Scope of Work. ***Amendment 0001 is posted on 10/17/2024. ***Non-destructive testing and inspection of lock components includes, but is not limited to, inspection by qualified technicians per requirements listed in the most recent publications of the American Welding Society (AWS) Structural Welding Code-Steel (D1.1) and Bridge Welding Code (D1.5), using visual, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, dye penetrant, or radiograph methods. Additional tests and inspection methods may be required for other materials or circumstances. Components may be landside or on an island. Component access may require fall protection or confined space entry.
