90th Street Outfall Repair & Pedestrian Crossing

Roadwork and grading on 90th Street, Town of Peace River, including removal of the existing culvert, installation of twin HDPE pipes, cable concrete armoring, granular base and asphalt concrete pavement, and installation of pedestrian crossing beacon and signage.

Safety pre-qualification is required. The successful Contractor will be required to enter into a Local Road Use Agreement with the Town of Peace River. Alberta Environment approval is required prior to commencement of construction; application has been submitted and approval is pending. Traffic accommodation, environmental controls, utility coordination, and applicable insurance requirements apply.

A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Tender amount, made payable to the Town of Peace River, is required. A certified cheque or bank draft may be provided in lieu of the Bid Bond. Bidders must also provide a Consent of Surety confirming the Surety’s willingness to provide the required Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond.
