Project Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Upper Allen Township is soliciting proposals for the construction of a new 60’x120’x16’ Pole Building. Sealed proposals, inclusive of all requested information and supporting documents, shall be submitted online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, on Friday, September 11, 2026.
The bids will be publicly opened and read electronically via PennBid’s website at 10:00 a.m. (prevailing time) on Friday, September 11, 2026.
Specifications and Proposal Forms for the Bumble Bee Hollow Equipment Storage Building can be obtained via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Upper Allen Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid.
Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
Upper Allen Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to accept or reject any part of a bid that may not be in the best interest of the public.
