16. Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 230,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JP5) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.
17. Place of Contract Performance: The intended load port/place is Jebel Ali, UAE (SEOT Terminal) and the intended discharging port(s) /place(s) are Diego Garcia, BIOT (DLA Fuel Pier); Guam, Mariana Islands (DLA Echo Pier); and Yokosuka, Japan (DFSP Hakozaki Terminal). The laydays will commence 10 March 2025 and cancel 11 March 2025, and the period of performance will be one voyage.
