Dear Sales Team,
I am writing on behalf of our pharmacy to request a high-level price quotation and basic
feature summary for an integrated communication/IVR platform.
We operate on the PioneerRx pharmacy management system and are looking to
modernize our patient communications. Because this implementation is part of a
federally funded rural health grant initiative, we are required by federal procurement
standards to evaluate multiple integrated systems. Our pharmacy currently uses 12
telephones to service our customers which we would need replaced to be compatible
with your system included in the quote. We would also need to quote to be for a three-
year period. Our prescription volume is 18,000 prescriptions monthly.
Could you please provide standard pricing or a formal quote for a pharmacy of our
scale, specifically covering:
1. Software licensing or subscription costs
2. Implementation/setup fees
3. A brief confirmation of your live integration capabilities with PioneerRx
As we are working within strict grant filing timelines, we would appreciate it if you could
share a basic quote or rate sheet by next Friday October 2nd.
