HOGADON CHAIR LIFT
PROJECT NO. 25-039
FOR THE CITY OF CASPER PARKS, RECREATION, AND PUBLIC FACILITIES
HOGADON BASIN SKI AREA
DESCRIPTION OF WORK OF THIS CONTRACT
Proposals are being requested from qualified Design-Build Contractors to provide engineering,
design, construction administration, demolition, construction, and complete installation services
related to the Hogadon Chair Lift, Project No. 25-039. The successful bidder is to furnish services
for the installation of a new chair lift and for removal and replacement of the existing chair lift at
the Hogadon Basin Ski Area, 2500 Hogadon Rd, Casper, Wyoming 82601. All work shall be done
in accordance with current industry standards for ski lift construction.

SUBMISSION OF QUALIFICATION STATEMENTS
In submitting a proposal for this project, the DBC shall prepare and submit in QuestCDN vBID
one (1) detailed fee schedule with an upset amount for each fee schedule as covered by the Scope
of Services in the RFP. The DBC shall also submit one (1) copy of the non-priced technical
proposal via email to ebennett@casperwy.gov and cc: asveda@casperwy.gov,
dcoakley@casperwy.gov, rybutler@casperwy.gov. Responses to the Request for Proposals for
design and construction services will be received until 4:00 p.m., local time, August 28, 2026.
REJECTION OF PROPOSALS
The City of Casper reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, and to waive informalities
and minor irregularities in submissions received, and to accept any portion of a proposal or all
items, if deemed in the best interest of the City of Casper.
