PGA Tour Houston Open Agronomy Services:
· Vendor must have golf course construction experience including drainage & irrigation installation, grading, sodding
· Crew must consist of 1 Superintendent + 6 laborers
· Superintendent must have BS in Turfgrass Science, Agronomy, or similarly related field
· Each crew member needs minimum 4 years golf construction experience
· Project timeline: completion by March 21, 2025
· Scope:
o Install 11 trucks pine straw at 2-3” depth
o Install 330 yds mulch at 2” depth
o Install 400 linear feet French drainage

o Grade and backfill 100 linear feet cartpath and install 2000 sq ft Tahoma 31 sod
