Notes:
To support robust incident operations in Minnesota, the Department of Public Safety (“DPS”), through its Emergency Communications Networks division (“ECN”), is coordinating
a functional communications
exercise (CommEx) event
for emergency responders and communications personnel. DPS-ECN is seeking proposals from qualified Responders to assist in planning, development, execution, and after-action reporting for the event.
The awarded Contractor will coordinate engagement of event stakeholders to promote the delivery of a collaborative event within a dynamic exercise environment that meets the needs of all participants including successful delivery of an interoperable emergency communication exercise for emergency responders and community partners, training first responders in an effective exercise environment.
